Program Details & Daily Schedule
We offer a flexible program structure that can be tailored to fit before-school, after-school, and
weekend sessions.
✔ Before-School Yoga: 6:30 AM – 7:30 AM (Morning mindfulness & movement)
✔ After-School Yoga: 3:15 PM – 6:30 PM (Yoga, relaxation, and enrichment)
✔ Weekend Workshops & Summer Camps (Available upon request)
Typical Daily Schedule:
- Warm-Up & Fun Yoga Games (5-10 mins)
- Themed Yoga Sequences & Storytelling (20 mins)

Parent Interviews: Before enrolling, we conduct brief parent interviews to understand the child's needs, preferences, and any health concerns.

Parent Communication Policy: Regular updates on student engagement, progress, and activities through emails and newsletters.

Meet The Teacher
I began my personal yoga journey to find a coping mechanism (and a good stretch!) and along the way found a love for bringing yoga to individuals and populations who had not believed yoga was something that was accessible. Particularly I found that working with preschool-aged children was a great way to set a foundation for future yogis! Yoga can be a rewarding and healing practice that helps us connect with our own minds and bodies. In my classes, I also emphasize connection with others through Family Yoga, Baby & Me, and Little Yogis (ages 3-5). With my background in children's mental health, I also provide a sensitivity to a practice that at times can bring up big feelings. Much like the practice of yoga, I can adapt to your preferred style and needs. My classes are also offered in Spanish. Although the majority of my clients are school-aged children, I also offer yoga practice for adults.
